Doula Training in Kentucky

Like many other states, Kentucky does not require birth doulas to have a certification in order to train or practice as a doula. While there are professional benefits to acquiring a certification, it is entirely voluntary to do so in this state. Below is a list of educational classes and/or workshops available in Kentucky which can be incorporated into your doula training. Some classes are required for a certification; please read the details carefully to determine if they are necessary training for that program.
